Mamba Venture Program

Interest is not the scarce thing. Anyone can have a working prototype by Sunday.

What is scarce is the part where it survives contact with someone who pays. Two founder tracks, run into live enterprise work and reviewed by practitioners, to a standard we call Mamba-Ready. A program you join, not an engagement you commission.

Cohort #2 · begins 26 January 2027

Cohort #2 applications close in --d --h --m --s

Duration

1 or 3 Months

Fee

S$2,000 / 1 month · S$5,999 / 3 months

Pay 50% upfront and 50% by the end of the programme.

Out: a company, incorporated

  1. Ideate—The problem, written down until it stops being a mood.
  2. Who it is for, what it is worth, and how you would know it worked.—Visualise
  3. Build—Something that runs, reviewed by people who ship this for clients.
  4. In front of real customers, at a price, with the result recorded either way.—Execute
  5. Grow—A company actually incorporated, or a deployment record that opens the next door.

Who we take

  • Willing to learn

You change your mind when the evidence says to, and you treat feedback as the product.

  • Hungry and driven for growth

You are already moving on this. The program adds speed and review, not motivation.

  • Building for yourself, or better, the greater good

You want to own something you built, ideally one that leaves a problem smaller than you found it.

  • Going after a vertical you can win

You can name the industry, the buyer and the edge you have there that others do not.

  • Has the time and the commitment

The hours are already yours. Not planned, not negotiable later: yours now.

  • Can pay at least 50% upfront

Half the fee is due when a seat is accepted, from your own resources or your company’s.

Founders only. Not there yet on every line? Apply to a later cohort — we would rather say so now than after an interview.

You own the outcome

  • You are the driver

We bring the review, the platform and the standard. The build is yours — nobody in this program can do it for you.

  • The grant is yours to chase

The fee buys the work that goes into a filing, never the award.

  • You choose the risk

If the fee would be a loan on your name or your parents’ savings, tell us before you pay it. There is usually a version of this that does not need it.

Toward a standard both employers and investors recognize

Mamba-Ready is the bar. It names what you can do on the day: walk into a competitive residency or a seed conversation with a validated problem, something that works, and a pitch that holds up under questioning. Reaching it is what the SG Innovation workspace is gated on.

Two Tracks

  • Aspiring Founder—You have a conviction about a company you want to build, and nothing incorporated yet.
  • Existing Founder—You already run a company and want to take it to the next stage.

Every track covers the same three skill areas — IT Skills, Product & Business Development, and Go-to-Market. What changes is what you build, and where the work points at the end.

Mentorship and training by

  • SG Innovation

Dedicated workspace, and grant filing mentored by SG Innovation.

  • Cybrdeck

The enterprise AI systems you build, deploy and sell.

  • Mamba PartnersMamba Partners

    Incubation, GTM and scale.

Practitioners from all three organizations run the sessions and review the work.

What we deliver, what you bring, what it costs

What we deliver

The part documentation cannot give you.

  • Market Viability Review

Practitioners and operators stress-test your business against real commercial demand and willingness to pay. No lectures, no grading.

  • Live commercial briefs

Real enterprise work to build inside, not a case invented for a classroom.

  • The studio stack

Own your stack, with guidance from seasoned pro's and dev review.

  • Workspace and filing

The SG Innovation space at the bar, and an EnterpriseSG filing mentored end to end — SG Innovation reports ~90% success at the Letter of Recommendation stage.

What you bring

Evidence, not intent. Both tracks are read for what has already happened:

  • The problem you are committed to solving

  • Who pays for it today, and what they lose without it

  • What you have already tested — “not yet” is an acceptable answer

  • What that test taught you

  • What you will test in the first month

What it costs

There is a fee. What matters is when it arrives and what it buys.

  • $0 to Apply

It enters the conversation only once a seat is offered and you choose to take it.

  • One Price, Unlimited Value

A transparent flat fee covering full access to mentors, enterprise briefs, and studio tooling — no hidden costs.

  • Keep your Company

No equity for a seat. The cap table stays yours.

  • Own Your Build

Development on your own product is scoped beside the fee, never inside it. Your IP stays entirely yours.

Aspiring founders

A company that has met paying customers and is incorporated, with the incubation behind it to keep going.

Existing founders

A company with a repeatable channel, a grant filing mentored end to end, and an investor-ready story.

Before you apply

Apply to the Program

Answered here rather than on a call, because these are the ones that decide it.

Is this an incubator or an accelerator?

An incubator, deliberately. Acceleration is for teams who have already proven the idea — what we run is the part before proof.

Do I need an idea to apply?

Yes. Not polished, but the one you keep coming back to. Existing founders come with a company and something already tested; aspiring founders come with the problem and the vertical they can win in.

Is there a fee, and when does it come up?

Yes, and it comes up last: nothing is payable to apply, and the amount is quoted with an offer, so you decide in front of a number rather than in a sales call.

Do you take equity in my company?

Not for a seat — the program is bought, not paid for out of your cap table. Where Cybrdeck does hold an interest is in ventures the studio builds alongside a client or a technical co-founder; the manifesto linked below covers it.

Does being accepted mean I get a grant?

No. The number we can stand behind is the step before the money: SG Innovation reports ~90% success at the Letter of Recommendation stage, and that filing work is what the fee buys. The award is The Singapore Government's call.

Can I keep my job while doing this?

Yes, if the hours are already yours. The bar is 25 hours on top of your working week — not the seven-day-a-week cliché. If those hours are not secured yet, apply to a later cohort instead of starting short.

When is the next cohort?

Cohort #2 begins 26 January 2027, and both the 1-month and 3-month intakes run from it. After the first, a cohort runs when it can be designed, picked and taken to the standard — applying early puts you in the room when the next is shaped.

Grant support is a service, not an outcome: the filing work is ours to guarantee, the award is The Singapore Government's, and admission does not imply funding.

How Cybrdeck allocates upside across incubated ventures is set out in our Community-as-a-Company manifesto.

Frequently asked questions

What does Cybrdeck do?

Cybrdeck is a Singapore software engineering studio that builds custom AI products for individuals, SMEs and enterprises — retrieval pipelines, agentic workflows, LLM integrations and full-stack web and desktop apps. It also runs the Mamba Venture Program and a builder community on a Community-as-a-Company model.

How much does custom AI development cost in Singapore?

Projects with Cybrdeck start with a S$2,500 Discovery that scopes the build. Delivery then runs as fixed-price milestones, so the price is agreed before any code is written. Send your scope through the proposal form for a quote.

How fast can Cybrdeck build an MVP?

Cybrdeck takes a scoped project from a S$2,500 Discovery to a working MVP in 14 days. You see the build at weekly staging reviews before anything ships.

Who owns the code Cybrdeck builds?

You do. You keep all source code, the repository, trademarks and intellectual property. Every engagement ends with a full repository transfer and deployment documentation, and is covered by a mutual non-disclosure agreement.

What is the Mamba Venture Program?

A 1- or 3-month program (S$2,000 or S$5,999, paid 50% upfront and 50% by the end) that takes founders from idea to an incorporated company. It runs with SG Innovation and Mamba Partners across two founder tracks, aspiring and existing. Applying is free and Cybrdeck takes no equity.

Can Cybrdeck help incorporate a company in Singapore?

Yes, as an optional package. Cybrdeck offers business incorporation with ACRA, annual IRAS tax filing, and patent legal advisory, so your company and IP are protected before you launch.
